Who handles your data

The data controller is Team Fashion. You can reach us at the details above or at those in the app, under “The shop”.

What we collect

• Name, phone number and email you enter when you sign up.
• If you sign in with Google: the name, email address and profile photo Google gives us. We never receive your Google password or other account data.
• Your bookings: services, day, time, barber, any notes and reference photos you choose to attach.
• Your phone's token to send you notifications, if you turn them on.
• The barber may note preferences useful for the service, such as the type of cut.

Why we use it

To manage bookings, tell you about confirmations, reminders, changes and closures, and to contact you if an appointment has to change. We use the data we receive from Google only to sign you in and create your account. We don't use it for advertising and we don't sell it.

Who we share it with

Only with the technical providers that run the app, who process it on our behalf: data storage (Supabase) and notifications (Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and, on iPhone, Apple). We don't pass your data to anyone else.

How long we keep it

As long as you keep your account. Reference photos attached to a booking are deleted within 24 hours after the appointment ends. If you delete your account in the app, future bookings are cancelled, your personal data is erased and past history is kept only in anonymous form.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, and you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante). To exercise your rights write or call us. You can also delete your account at any time from the app profile, or by following the steps on the “Delete account” page.

Changes to this policy

If the rules change we will update this page and the date at the top.
